Established in 2016, JOST-ECIS & Dicing Tech GmbH is a young company that can nonetheless draw on a considerable amount of experience: owner-manager Alexander Jost, whose former company JOST-ECIS was the predecessor of JOST-ECIS & Dicing Tech GmbH, has gathered many years' experience through successful work in the field of wafer dicing.
